South Carolina Democratic Party Chair addresses Bush's visit to Fort Jackson

Columbia, SC-- South Carolina Democratic Party Chair Carol Fowler released the following statement in response to President George W. Bush's visit to a graduation ceremony at Fort Jackson today.
"The South Carolina Democratic Party sincerely supports our brave men and women serving all over the world as well as those who are training here in our state. As President Bush meets those loyal American men and women whom he is sending off to fight in his horrific war, we hope he's working on a plan to bring them home safely. After years of losing countless young lives and wasting billions of tax-payer dollars, it's time to bring a conclusion to Bush's long, pointless war."
