S.C. Democratic Party Chair Responds to Massey's "Columbia Handlers"

Columbia, SC--South Carolina Democratic Party Chair Carol Fowler released the following statement on last night's press release by Shane Massey's Columbia handlers.
"While it's sad to see Columbia insiders send out press releases attacking good people like Bill Clyburn, it's really not at all that surprising. Shane Massey, along with his voucher pushing friends, ran a deeply personal and negative campaign to become the Republican nominee. This latest attempt to smear an outstanding leader like Bill Clyburn makes me question Mr. Masssey's character. I guess Mr. Massey's lack of experience and lack of accomplishments leave him no choice but to personally attack an honorable public servant in Bill Clyburn. Meanwhile, Bill Clyburn is spending his time reaching out to voters and listening to their concerns about jobs and education. Masssey talks about change but he's just more of the same."
