Black Tie Optional

The South Carolina and New Hampshire Democratic Party chairs will hold a VIP reception at the same location (the Fort Myer Officers' Club) prior to the Ball, from 8 to 9 p.m. Tickets to the reception, which include a ticket to the Grits and Granite Ball, are $250 each.
