The Campaign for Change is a coordinated campaign effort managed by the South Carolina Democratic Party. Using Barack Obama's successful organizing model in the Presidential primary, its mission is to develop a grassroots movement to affect change and deliver votes for Democratic candidates up and down the ballot.
