Early speakers

So far the convention has heard from a number of great speakers including Alejandra Salinas who is the President of the College Democrats of America and legendary civil rights activist Congressman John Lewis.
There will be many musical guests throughout the evening but we’ve already heard a phenomenal 3-song set from James Taylor which was a highlight for many members in the SC Delegation. He had one of the finest lines of the convention so far when he said “I’m an old white guy and I love Barack Obama” – Maybe we can get that made into a tee-shirt.
